MBSR
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979, is the evidence-based 8 week program that remains the gold standard for positive outcomes in mindfulness trainings. It offers a systematic, intensive experience of mindfulness practices through meditation, yoga and inquiry.
